Au Troisième is one of three Dallas restaurants featured in Texas Monthly’s 2023 list of best new restaurants in Texas.
The list features 10 restaurants that opened between December 2021 and December 2022. This is the first year the magazine has returned with the list since 2020.
One other requirement to be eligible for the list? The restaurant must be the first location in Texas. Au Troisième ranked eighth on the list.
Au Troisième is the French-inspired bistro concept of owners Bobby Polette and Jeff Acol. The menu features southern dishes and French classics, like roasted octopus and French onion dip, which you can read more about in this November story.
Revolver Taco Lounge in Deep Ellum took the fifth spot on the list and Brass Ram in Downtown earned an honorable mention.
