Dallas Pets Alive was announced as one of many organizations coming together for “Dallas Pets Are Family Day”.

The event is supported by CUDDLY, a mission-driven company centered around the needs of rescued animals and the community-focused programs that support them.

The Texas-based organizations are offering the community a day of free pet food, vaccines, microchips, and more. Supplies and services will be first come, first served while supplies last.

Based on last year’s success of “Dallas Pets Are Family Day,” organizers expect to distribute more than 30,000 pounds of pet food, up to 400 vaccines and microchips and vouchers for spay and neuter services.

Partners of this year’s event include Dallas Pets Alive! , Dallas Animal Services, Dogs Matter, Don’t Forget to Feed Me Pet Food Bank, Fort Worth Animal Care and Control, GoodPup, Operation Kindness, Rahr to the Rescue, Saving Hope, Spay Neuter Network, and The Love Pit. Volunteers from corporate partners will also be there to support.

This event is not funded by any government initiative. They are made possible fully through the generosity of participating organizations and pet-loving donors. Those that are willing to donate can do so through CUDDLY.

“Dallas Pets Are Family Day” is on March 18. from 9 a.m.- 1 p.m. at Dallas County Tax Office, 8301 S Polk St.
