Preston Hollow Village has more noodles in its near future.

Jinya Ramen Bar, which has one other Dallas location on High Market Street, is coming soon to the neighborhood shopping center. The ramen options include build-your-own bowls with toppings, including poached eggs, tofu, seaweed, and more, over handmade noodles and broth.

Dishes including rice bowls, mini tacos, salads and dessert are also on the menu.

The restaurant has restaurants across the country and was started in 2000 in Tokyo by Japanese founder Tomo Takahashi. The name is in honor of a samurai soldier who was close to the community and owned a small property nearby, according to the restaurant’s website.
