Ten50 Barbeque, a Texas-style joint centered around USDA Prime brisket, has announced that they will move into the Devonshire neighborhood by late 2023.

According to a press release, the restaurant will begin serving customers in the winter of 2023 near the corner of W Lovers Lane and Preston Park Drive. This will be Ten50’s second location, with its first location celebrating its tenth anniversary in Richardson this year.

Using USDA Prime Beef and Heritage Duroc Pork, Ten50 keeps their cooking process simple, using only salt, pepper and smoke to create traditional barbeque classics. Aside from the menu’s “crown jewel” brisket, choices include St. Louis pork ribs, pulled pork, smoked sausage, turkey, chicken and sides such as five cheese mac and brisket-baked beans.

Ten50 owner Preston Evans cited his history in the neighborhood as the primary motivation in selecting the location.

“We were deep into planning for another location when this site became available on Lovers Lane. Without hesitation, we knew it had to be our next Ten50 BBQ” owner Preston Evans said in the press release. “I grew up in the neighborhood and it has been a dream of mine and my family’s to have an opportunity to serve this part of Dallas.”

Ten50 Barbeque will be located at 5519 W Lovers Lane.
