The Dallas Mavericks announced on Monday that they signed three new players to its roster and all three will be added to the training schedule. 

The three new players signed are forward Greg Brown III, guard Jordan “Jelly” Walker, and forward Joe Wieskamp. 

According to a press release the Maverick’s posted on Twitter, Brown is a Texas native and was drafted into the NBA Draft in 2021 and has played for Portland and Ontario Clippers. Walker is from Long Island, NY and joined the Maverick during the 2023 Summer League. Wieskamp hails from Iowa and played with San Antonio and Toronto.

The trio have already been applauded by fans on Twitter in response to the announcement. The Mavericks are about to start training in September and will start the 2023-24 season in November.
