Real estate veteran and Preston Hollow neighbor, Jack Fraker will receive the Michael F. McAuley Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2024 North Texas Commerical Real Estate NTCAR Hall of Fame on May 1, 2024.

The North Texas Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame in cooperation with NTCAR (The North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors) will honor new recipients at the Arts District Mansion on Wednesday, May 1, 2024. The event will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. with a reception, dinner and program.

President and global head of industrial and logistics capital markets for Newmark, Jack Fraker will be honored with the Michael F. McAuley Lifetime Achievement Award. This is his second time receiving a NTCAR award after the Stemmons Service Award in 2003. This award recognizes individuals who have served the community, committed to the real estate industry and have achieved charitable pursuits throughout their career.

“Jack’s contributions epitomize the gold standards with which this award represents,” a co-founder and member of the NTCAR Hall of Fame Committee, said Darrell Hurmis said. “A standout in every respect, he has given back to his community and shaped our industry in so many wonderful ways.”

Two other innovative real estate leaders, Bill Vanderstraaten and Scott Rohrman will be added to the North Texas Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame roster in 2024. Past recipients include Jerry Jones, Ross Perot Jr, Gerald and Jeff Hines, Henry S. Miller, John M. Stemmons Sr. and L. Storey Stemmons. Last year, former Fort Worth mayor Betsy Price, founder and owner of Rex Real Estate, Rex Glendenning and president of Highland Park Village Ray W. Washburne were honored.

The 2024 Hall of Fame recipients and honorees will be listed in the fourth edition of THE BOOK, a publication that captures stories from each Hall of Fame honoree. The coffee table book is available for purchase on their website
