The beloved Dallas-based dress and bridal store Terry Costa is undergoing a transformation after 37 years, introducing new features and a bridal salon, set to be completed by January 2024.

The shop off of Preston Road will have new features including state-of-the-art lighting, Instagrammable runway photos, private areas for brides and the latest technology for a seamless experience. The remodel also grows by more than 3,500 square feet and features 58 private dressing rooms.

“Our clients have told us we are more than a dress store. We are part of the excitement and joy and smiles,” owner and CEO of Terry Costa, Tina Loyd said. “The Terry Costa team has worked together tirelessly to build a business to exceed guests’ expectations and we are honored to dress them for the most memorable moments of their lives. We are truly one of a kind and I’m excited to work with our committed team members through this exciting time.”

The dress store offers a wide selection of high-quality dresses from evening wear, bridal looks and homecoming and prom. It also spans to the e-commerce market. Despite being a small business in North Texas, it is a nationally recognized brand with its online reach.

“We have been wildly successful in translating our in-store experience to online. Our online shoppers will find the same level of bespoke service and attention to detail that you would find in-store,” Loyd said.

The store will remain open during its remodel so that people can continue to shop. Terry Costa is open seven days a week and accepts walk-ins. For more information, visit their website or take fashion inspiration from their social platforms.

“We’ve been successful because we know how to treat our guests with incredible service and guidance. We are not just selling dresses; we are part of these special moments and we take that responsibility very seriously,” Loyd said. “We’re evolving with our guests’ needs, the industry trends and today’s technology to ensure we continue making each customer’s dream a reality.”
