NorthPark Center opens its doors for the first JOEY restaurant location in Dallas, opening Jan. 18, 2024.

The Canadian-based hospitality company moves into NorthPark in just under a month. The group has locations throughout Canada and eight other locations spanning the United States in Los Angeles, Miami and Seattle. Houston won the title of the first Texas location, but Dallas expects to get a couple of more.

“We are beyond excited to bring JOEY to Dallas’ renowned NorthPark Center,” JOEY restaurant group president Layne Krienke said in a statement. “Dallas’ position as a top-tier dining destination, fashion hub and leader in premier travel is the perfect complement to our globally-inspired menu rooted in high stands of hospitality.”

Although JOEY claims that each menu differs by location, its other Texas location in Houston could be a tip to what Dallas might expect. It ranges from truffle parmesan fries, seared salmon sushi, hand-pressed burgers, ravioli in a truffle beurre blanc sauce and eight steaks.

JOEY DALLAS will feature an expansive dining room, lounge and a patio with plenty of space for celebrations. The space will also include Texas-based artists with a vibrant, cosmopolitan aesthetic and “edgy” Western inspirations.

And it seems like JOEY is here to stay in Dallas. They have plans to open two more locations in Uptown and near Henderson. There will be updates when more information is available.
