Dallas police officers responded to a call that a man threw a punch near the self-checkout area at Whole Foods Market off of Park Lane on Dec. 23 around 9:15 p.m.
The investigation determined a male suspect and victim were arguing before the altercation occurred. The Whole Foods location at the Shops at Park Lane did not confirm if the suspect was an employee or a shopper.
Whole Foods did not comment on the incident and Dallas police did not comment on the victim’s condition.
