NorthPark Center will welcome the spring season with the floral exhibition Fleurs de Villes ARTISTE, making its Texas debut from March 20 to 24.

The free exhibition features 15 mannequins dressed by North Texas floral designers, drawing inspiration from Dallas’ arts and cultural community, including ballet, opera, symphony, theater, visual arts and other art forms.

Fleurs de Villes, a Canada-based luxury brand specializing in fresh-floral experiences, uses large-scale floral installations to tell stories. The theme of this exhibition, ARTISTE, aligns well with NorthPark Center’s commitment to great art and local artists, as well as its incredible seasonal landscaping.

“For many years, we have been asked about our plans to come to Texas, so we are thrilled to make our entry at NorthPark Center,” co-founder of Fleurs de Villes, Karen Marshall, said. “Our theme ARTISTE is a perfect pairing with the institution, well-known for its commitment to great art and local artists, as well as its incredible seasonal landscaping.”

The exhibition is part of a worldwide tour across the United States, Canada, Australia and Europe. The NorthPark Center exhibition marks its first time in Texas and the second stop on tour, with other locations including Chicago, Toronto, Edinburg, Montreal, Vancouver and New York.

“We are honored to welcome Fleurs de Villes to Texas for the first time at NorthPark Center,” head of art programming at NorthPark, Anna Kern, said. “We look forward to showcasing the incredible talents of local floral designers while also highlighting the rich cultural offerings of local museums and performing arts organizations in Dallas-Fort Worth.”

The exhibition will be located on level one near Neiman Marcus and continue to NorthCourt, between Nordstrom and Macy’s.

NorthPark and Fleurs de Villes will announce partnering arts and cultural organizations, floral designers and a full calendar soon.
