This Valentine’s Day, José is offering a special menu of dishes, cocktails and mocktails to pair with the perfect date night.
The special holiday menu will only be available for a limited time. Couples can start making online reservations this week.
For cocktails, José adds a prickly pear French 75 with sparkling rose and pinkies up, an Altos reposado José barrel select with lime juice, pink pineapple and roasted pineapple agave. And for those continuing with Dry January can sip on Amor Eterno, a mocktail with Almave blue agave, pink guava, lime, cinnamon and topped with Topo Chico.
Tailored for couples, the menu offers a variety of tacos, sopa de piedra and pollo con mole rosado.
To end the night, José finishes with pastel carlota mocha, a mocha mousse with Doña Maria cookies, Mexican chocolate and raspberries.
The menu is exclusively available on Feb. 14.
