Celebration Restaurant on Lovers Lane has been serving healthy home-cooked meals since 1971 and in honor of its 40th anniversary, the restaurant offers 1970s prices today through March 6. You can receive all of the original entrees for $5.95 each.
This little restaurant has come a long way in the past several decades. The owners erected the original building using real stone, wood and copper. They have since added on two houses, a full service bar, large patio and a stone fireplace and fountain.
We know the establishment today as a restaurant, market and catering service. They started catering in 1994 and built a market next door to the restaurant in 2000.
So, stop by one of the oldest restaurants around – one that has probably witnessed a lot of Dallas history.
