297997_283833961642908_1772670849_nWe knew the popular Austin-based dining spot Snap Kitchen was expanding to Dallasprobably to Preston Hollow — and now the company finally has confirmed it.

In a new release this morning, Snap Kitchen announced its opening several locations, and one if them is in Preston Royal Village (Suite 314 next to Write Selection). It’s slated to open in early fall.

Other locations include Snider Plaza and two in Uptown (one at Fitzhugh and Central and one on McKinney across from the Crescent).

Snap Kitchen is known for its healthy fast food made with local, organic ingredients. Menu items include low-calorie options like the kale and roasted tomato breakfast bite and grass-fed bison quinoa “hash.” There’s something for every diet, and 99 percent of the menu is gluten-free with a large selection of vegetarian, vegan, paleo, dairy free, carb-conscious and low-sodium meals.
