Preston Center has attracted plenty of residential developers and new businesses to our neighborhood, and now, a tech-focused healthcare company has also moved into the bustling commercial center.
Medecision, a provider of healthcare management technology, has opened a new rapid application development center for cloud, mobile and application development at 8111 Preston Road, Suite 900.
According to the press release, the Preston Center location enables Medecision to more easily serve its expanding client base while supporting innovation and development.
“There is a new era in the healthcare industry, one characterized by mobile and social technologies — the Internet proxy for many consumers — and a shift toward advanced population health management grounded in real-time, secure data insights and decision support,” says Deborah M. Gage, Medecision president and CEO.
Company employees, including members of the company’s executive, account management, and consulting teams, will virtually collaborate with a national network of innovators, including Medecision development teams in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Los Angeles, California.
The Preston Center office brings new job opportunities with it as well. Presently, Medecision has immediate openings for interface/user experience designers, solution architects and app developers.
