It’s finally getting to be prime garage sale weather, and this Saturday there is a sales here in our neighborhood that is raising money for a very worthy cause. Some Sparkman residents have organized a garage sale to raise money for neighbor Libby Bebinger, who is battling Lou Gherigs disease and requires around the clock care. The money raised from those sales will go towards helping her family cover some of those medical expenses. That garage sale will on Better Drive, which is off Midway and near Walnut Hill Elementary.
After that, you can check out the all-day 5-year anniversary party at Flavors from Afar (I hear there’ll be free pizza)—or you can check out the SMU Meadows Spring Dance Concert. Tickets are just $13, and you can see the full program lineup here.
