Last month I told you that a portion of the cake sales at Celebrity Café is benefiting Children’s Medical Center. I just learned that they extended that program to include red balloon-shaped cookies (in honor of the hospital’s logo). Each cookie is $2.69, and $2 of that purchase will go straight to the hospital. But just an FYI: not all Celebrity locations are participating, so you’ll need to go to the one at Preston and Royal in our neighborhood if you want to help.
