Chef Stefano Secchi will be offering a cooking class at Ferrari’s Saturday morning at 10:30. You’ll learn to make heirloom tomato salad with lump crab and avocado—as well as chicken involtino with asparagus, proscuitto and mozzarella. That class is $50 per person, which includes your food and a glass of wine.

The Shelton School alumni and faculty will be performing “Snapshot,” a play about glimpses into peoples’ lives—including the good, the bad, and the ugly. That show will be Aug. 21 at 7 p.m. and Aug. 22 at 2 p.m. Tickets at the door are $5 for kids and $10 for adults, and proceeds benefit school scholarships.

The Italian Club of Dallas will be hosting a St. Stephen’s Day celebration in honor of Hungary’s Independence Day this Sunday at 4 p.m. A Hungarian dinner is included for $30 per adult, and $15 per child. You can reserve your seat via email.
