Gordon Biersch Brewery will be the next to join the growing ranks of eateries at the new Park Lane development. A soft opening is slated for Monday, Nov. 9.
The national chain specializes in German-style lagers and seasonal microbrews. If you’re not a fan of brew, there’s also an extensive wine list and signature cocktails. The menu includes steaks, seafood, pasta, pizza, and burgers.
This Park Lane location will be the second in Texas—the first opened in Plano last year. No word yet on any grand opening promotions, but I’ll keep you posted.
