If you’re a procrastinator, like the person writing this, you probably haven’t given much thought to where you’ll take Mom this Sunday. Luckily, plenty of places are offering Mother’s Day specials, and here are a few happening in our neighborhood:
*Eden is offering a $30 buffet with roast tenderloin and smoked ham — plus, every mother gets a free flower. That restaurant is also BYOB so you can make your own mimosas.
*Blue Mesa is extending its usual Sunday brunch until 8 p.m. And just a reminder: that $18 buffet includes free champagne and mimosas.
*The Mercury is offering a $50 buffet, which includes prime rib, marinated crab claws, and more than 15 desserts.
*At Ristorante Nicola there will be a multiple course menu, with choices like lobster ravioli and pan roasted halibut.
*La Duni will also be offering a three-course brunch for $30, though you may want to make reservations, as that usually fills up fast.
*At Medina you can treat Mom to a four-course Moroccan dinner with a free mimosa for $28.
*Or, you can take her to Strato’s for a Greek dinner. All mothers get a free dessert, all wine is half-off, and appetizers are just $5.
