There’s a bit more star power in Borders’ next book signing event. Bobby Flay, the critically acclaimed chef who seems to pop up in almost every Food Network show, will have a book signing at 5 today at Borders at Preston and Royal.
His latest book, “Bobby Flay’s Throwdown”, takes from his popular show “Throwdown with Bobby Flay”, in which he challenges others chefs and tries to school them at their own signature dishes. Flay’s book includes more than 100 recipes from the show.
Next up: “The Hills” star Lauren Conrad at 6 p.m. Wednesday for her book, “L.A. Candy”.
