Concerned neighbors have pointed out several incidents of suspicious activity over the past couple of weeks such as alarms being tripped and people knocking on the door and leaving once they discover someone is home.
A house on Yamini showed signs of an attempted break-in. Someone had tried to pry open the garage door. Another home on Valleydale had its alarm tripped. One window had been left unlocked, and that’s where the “false alarm” occurred, bringing police out to investigate. It’s possible that a burglar opened the window and then fled once the alarm sounded.
A neighbor also reported a man going door-to-door asking for “Jason”.
Residents are reminded to always make sure all doors and windows are locked. Don’t let suspicious people inside your home. Always check the area after a worker enters your home to make sure everything is still secure.
