Screen Shot 2013-03-24 at 2.40.58 PMTwo Preston Hollow residents spotted a large coyote on Currin near Pebbledowne several times between 10:30 a.m. –4:30 p.m. March 22.

Hillcrest East Crimewatch says 911 and 311 were both called. 911 Wildlife LLC representatives said that coyotes like to feed on the abundance of squirrels and rabbits we’ve had this year. (I know a dog who might have the same problem). Make sure animal food and trash is not left outside overnight and don’t try to set out your own traps, they said.

It seems we aren’t the only ones with this problem, Lake Highlands also has had some sightings.
