Gaedeke Group says that they are remodeling the lobby of their Banner Place building in North Dallas and adding new art features, according to the Dallas Morning News.

The $650,000 renovation will be designed by Dallas architect Patrick Magill of Magill Associates.

The Banner Place building, which is nearly thirty years old and contains almost 1,000 square feet of decorative brass, will get a new lobby ceiling with wood beams in addition to new lighting fixtures.

Gaedeke’s Anthony Reynolds says “We are an environmentally friendly company so we chose to modify the look of the existing brass and reuse it instead of removing it.”

The improvements are scheduled to be complete by the end of 2013.
