An Episcopal School of Dallas student is making national headlines this week for finding security flaws in the social media app SnapChat.

It began when 16-year-old Graham Smith texted the company’s founder Bobby Murphy to let him know that he was able to hack into the system and obtain pretty much any user’s phone number, with a re-written form of the code used by the white-hat group Gibson Securities, which hacked the SnapChat system back in December.

Smith has been chronicling all this on his blog.
