Our neighborhood students know how to work a courtroom. That’s why Hillcrest High School is one of three Dallas ISD schools advancing to the Texas High School Mock Trial Competition March 6-8 at the George Allen Courthouse in Downtown.
This week, ahead of the state competition, Skyline took home first place, Booker T. Washington placed second, and Hillcrest came in third. They’ll all compete against other state high schools for the Mike Stewart Memorial Cup.
Hillcrest recently celebrated its 75th anniversary.
