This time of year, front porches are decorated with wreathes, lights and Fed Ex packages. One such package was stolen from a home in the 3900 block of Fairley Lane on Dec. 4.
The thief, who police officers describe as a black female in her early 30s, placed “paper in the victim’s mail slot as she [picked] up a package that was left by Fed Ex.” She then placed that package in her handbag and scurried off.
