Bluffview and Preston Hollow top this list of the five most expensive neighborhoods in Dallas with average listing prices of $1,554,576 and $859,501 respectively.
Thomas Hicks’ Preston Hollow estate, on the market for $100 million, is evidence that the Texas real estate market is thriving. MarketWatch reports that “The most expensive home ever sold (on record) was listed for sale at $30 million in 2009.”
