A poke restaurant will be among Inwood Village’s many eateries in a few months.

Mola Mola Poke is slated to open late this fall next to The Juice Bar. Chef David Ngo, who fine-tuned his skills at Denver and Scottsdale’s top restaurants, was tasked with overseeing a menu that focuses on organic and seasonal ingredients.

“We focus on sourcing experimental healthy options from across the world, like Pacific octopus and spices from across South East Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East, and the Mediterranean,” co-owner Daniel Peng told CultureMap.
