Preston Hollow homes star on D magazine’s list of the 100 most expensive homes in Dallas. Of course, the Crespi Estate ranks as number three on the list at $40,965,550. Mehrdad Moayedi bought the estate from billionaire Andy Beal and plans to divide the acres into individual lots. Here’s a peek at some of the other Preston Hollow homes on D’s top ten:

  • Number two on the list is the $49,799,420 Preston Hollow home owned by financier Lyn and John Muse. Their neighbors include Jerry Jones, Andy Beal and Deedie Rose.
  • Number six on the list is the $29,556,320 home of Roxanne and Gene Phillips. The 16-acre estate is next to the Crespi Estate.
  • Number 7 is the $28,750,660 house owned by John McReynolds, president of Energy Transfer Partners. He grouped four lots to make up 20 acres on Strait Lane.
