The Northaven Park Neighborhood Association meets Thursday, Oct. 10, at 7 p.m., at Withers Elementary. Registration begins at 6:30. NPNA officers will be elected. Speakers include Dallas City Council member Jennifer Staubach Gates and a representative from the Dallas Police department. 
The meeting kicks off the association’s 2020 membership drive. Dues are $20 a year per household. You can renew at the meeting or visit npna.org to pay online via credit card/PayPal.
