Love Field in the 1950s

The Braniff Centre recently nabbed a brewery tenant that’s expected to open next year, and it already houses the largest Lincoln dealership in the world.

The $150-million redevelopment of the old Braniff Terminal at Love Field also includes the original Braniff hangars, which were renovated and already are mostly leased to private aviation tenants, the Dallas Morning News reported.

The project from Arnold Cos., Lincoln Property Co. and Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones combines retail, office and aviation in a mid-century modern complex originally constructed in 1958.

Braniff built “The Terminal of The Future” in 1968.
