Central Market is selling pre-order dishes for the upcoming Easter and Passover holidays.

Customers can choose from three Easter meal options — two dinners and one brunch — as well as a variety of Passover dishes.

The ham dinner, which feeds six and costs $130, includes apricot ginger glazed ham, green beans with toasted almonds, Greek-style lemon potatoes, spinach and strawberry salad, and eight brioche rolls.

Oak-smoked and pepper-crusted ribeye is the main feature of the other dinner, which serves six and costs $210. Alongside the ribeye are a field greens with blueberries salad, asparagus with lemon and mint, roasted rosemary potatoes, horseradish cream sauce and eight brioche rolls.

For brunch, Central Market is preparing a spread to feed four to six people. Italian sausage and arugula quiche, challah French toast casserole, spinach and strawberry salad, berries and melon, six butter croissants and a 64-ounce orange juice are included in the $70 package.

Easter options can be purchased online starting March 22 or by calling the store at 469-697-7820.
