Newly elected Dallas City Council members Jaynie Schultz and Gay Donnell Willis will take their oaths of office at an inauguration ceremony Monday.
Donnell Willis and Schultz thanked supporters Monday morning and encouraged them to attend the free virtual ceremony at 10 a.m.
