Summer Moon Coffee, an Austin-based coffee chain, is expanding to Preston Hollow.
The shop uses a wood-fired coffee roasting process. Each bag of coffee is roasted in handmade brick roasters over seasoned Texas oak in Austin.
Moon Milk, a sweet cream, is another signature feature of Summer Moon. At the shop, customers can choose how much Moon Milk is added to drinks to set the sweetness.
Since opening the first storefront in Austin in 2005, Summer Moon has expanded throughout Texas, into Oklahoma and Kansas, and soon it will be in Kenosha, Wisconsin. In North Texas, there are locations in Frisco, Keller, Fort Worth and Celina.
In addition to coffee, Summer Moon sells chai teas, matcha drinks and food items. The online store offers merchandise and coffee beans and pods.
Summer Moon will be located at 4343 W. Northwest Highway.
