A software company with a global presence has increased its Dallas footprint.

Crayon Software Experts leased the entire top floor of the Three Forest Plaza office building near Medical City.

Once it’s renovated, the 21,000-square-foot, 14th floor space will feature a state-of-the-art kitchen and wrap-around views of the Dallas skyline as well as a “post pandemic, open concept modular design.”

Richard Maloof, executive vice president of leasing for Hartmann Income REIT Management Inc., negotiated the lease with Crayon executives Glen Orcutt and Ken Farr.

Hartman’s Regional Construction Manager,

Heather MacGillis, Hartman’s regional construction manager, will oversee the custom build-out, and Chris Bogard of Clements Constructions will be the general contractor.

“Crayon is experiencing explosive growth in the United States, and our ability to scale is crucial,” Glenn Orcutt, Crayon’s senior vice president of software cloud optimization, stated in a media release.

Crayon’s Dallas headquarters currently occupies an 8th floor suite in the same building. The company’s Dallas HQ opened in 2014 and has about 60 employees, according to Dun & Bradstreet.
