After 15 years of providing an engaging and educational environment for children at NorthPark Center, Bookmarks, a Dallas Public Library, will celebrate its anniversary on June 21.
Celebrating the occasion with a dinosaur-themed birthday party, Bookmarks will offer a range of activities and entertainment including:
Folk musician Andy Mason: 10:30 a.m.
A Very Dinosaur Birthday book reading and signing with Author Adam Wallace: 2 p.m.
Photo-op with 7-foot-tall Raptor in costume: 2:30-3:30 p.m.
Free pizza samples from Eataly: 2-4:00 p.m.
First opened at NorthPark in 2008, Bookmarks offers book, CD, DVD and audiobook checkout for children under 12. Bookmarks additionally offers access to computers with early literacy and storytelling programs.
