DSO Cares is coming to NorthPark Center on June 24, from 11 a.m. to noon for a special performance and fundraiser.
In collaboration with NorthPark and Bookmarks, a Dallas Public Library, a Dallas Symphony Orchestra string quartet and narrator will perform The Three Little Pigs Answers Beethoven’s Fifth and The Tortoise and the Hare.
In addition to the performance, visitors can engage with instruments hands-on with a “instrument petting zoo.”
DSO Cares is a philanthropic initiative of the DSO designed to bring high-level music to in-need individuals in hospitals, senior living facilities, disadvantaged schools and other communities throughout the Dallas area. You can donate to DSO Cares here.
