José on Lovers Lane will hold a guest chef dinner in collaboration with the nonprofit Texas Food and Wine Alliance.

Chef Anastacia Quiñones-Pittman of José will be joined by three Austin chefs to prepare a five-course pairing dinner. The chefs include Philip Speer of Comedor, Rick Lopez of La Condesa, and André Natera of Chef’s PSA.

The menu will include a sweet corn tamal with bacon and succotash and grilled octopus with green pea mole and pea salad.

The dinner will kickoff with a cocktail reception. Wines paired with each course will come from the Constellation Brands portfolio.

These wine and dine events pair high profile chefs with food personalities to create menus inspired by cookbooks or memoirs, according to the Texas Food and Wine Alliance website.

The dinner will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, June 26 at José. Tickets for the dinner are $230.95 and can be found here.
