H&M will expand its space to accommodate the Metroplex’s first H&M Home store, which will occupy 7,500 square feet on Level 2 by Nordstrom’s.

Having signed a long-term lease in anticipation of an enlarged, brand-new location, Louis Vuitton will move into a temporary space next to Sephora this summer while their new space undergoes renovations. The project is expected to take six months.

Mi Cocina and Luciano Pizza and Pasta have both reopened to customers after major remodels.

Cotopaxi, an adventure goods retailer which donates at least 1% of its revenue to nonprofits, has opened on Level 2 near Macy’s.

In the fall, all Rink Level and Level 1 furniture will be replaced.
