The boutique fitness studio specializing in EMS technology for maximum performance goals will move into Preston Hollow Village later this year.
After its Fall debut, this location will mark Body20’s first in Dallas. The studio prides itself on futuristic fitness workouts utilizing EMS technology and personalized training, offering an intensive workout in under 20 minutes.

According to its website, Body20 utilizes FDA-Cleared suits that simultaneously activate muscle groups over a 20-minute duration, 150 times more than a traditional gym session.
While the studio won’t open until the Fall, gym enthusiasts can still sign up for a complimentary demo and pre-opening rates on their website.
