Dallas has turned up the heat with the addition of popular barbecue joint, Barrel & Bones’ new location near Galleria Dallas, opening this October.

The in-house smoked barbecue place already has two locations in The Colony and Carrolton under its belt, Barrel & Bones had added Dallas to its hot list. The new location will be near Galleria Dallas at 12300 Inwood Road, Suite #130.

“We have worked to source the finest, freshest ingredients and to come up with creative interpretations of classics that better suit today’s discerning diner,” said chef Omar Adame. “We’ve created a dining experience that, while comfortable, is so much more elevated than you’d find in an old-school barbecue cut line.”

The menu includes mouthwatering smoked brisket, turkey, sausage and other barbecue favorites. Barrel & Bones classics include the boneyard brussels, spicy pastrami brisket, stuffed avocado bomb, buffalo deviled eggs and a velvety macaroni and cheese. On top of the already sizzling news, the barbecue joint also serves its barbecue twist on popular brunch dishes and cocktails. 

“We’re so excited to bring Barrel & Bones to a Dallas audience,” Barrel & Bones partner, Stephen Arrant, said. “We love the neighborhood we’re in and hope to bring back repeat customers after they see just how great our food is.”

The restaurant hones one of the largest selections of bourbon and whiskey in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The new location holds 3,000 square feet of space with more than 70 seats. The grand opening is set for early October. Once opened, they plan to host whiskey and beer dinners and an elevated wine program in the future.
