The Kips Bay Decorator Show House announced its twenty-two designers and architects for the design event, tasking the talented designers to transform the house that will be open to the public beginning on Friday, Nov. 3.

The New York-led design event has found its designers to transform rooms inside the house at 9446 Hathaway Street in Old Preston Hollow’s Sunnybrook Estates. This will be the fourth Dallas Kips Bay event. The event helps the fundraiser for Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, as well as Dallas charities Dwell with Dignity and The Crystal Charity Ball.

“Each year, we are continuously impressed by the amount of work and dedication the designers and architects put into the house, and we couldn’t be more excited to see what this group has planned for the space,” executive director of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, Daniel Quintero, said. “We’re looking forward to welcoming the Dallas community into the Show House and continuing to raise critical funds for children in the Bronx and the local Dallas Community.”

The co-chairs are Jean Liu and Chad Dorsey with Laura Lee Clark and Trish Sheats serving as vice chairs. The twenty-two designers come from around the country and boast their talent with a range of accolades. For the full list of designers and architects, visit their website.

“One of the things I love about restoring houses is the value of ‘the mix’,” designer Cathy Kincaid said. “ It is the one aspect of design that I adhere to—the old with the new, the ornate with the simple, the refined with the rustic. This approach expresses the personality of the client and charms their guests.”

The event will run for two weeks starting on Nov. 3. The fourth annual Kips Bay Show House has shared parking and other event information.
