Dallas police responded to a call around 12:30 p.m. on Oct. 20 where they found a man shot behind a vacant business near 10000 Harry Hines Blvd.
The preliminary investigation determined when they found the man and the Dallas Fire Rescue responded. The man died at the scene. The Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office will assist the police in identifying the victim.
