It’s official. JINYA is set to have its grand opening at Walnut Hill on Oct. 30 at 11 a.m. and they announced the first 50 guests will get a special surprise.

The news about a hot bowl of broth and noodles comes at a perfect time as Texas leans into its version of sweater weather. Tokyo’s JINYA Ramen Bar will open its second Dallas location later this month after it was first announced during the summer. The first 50 guests will receive one complimentary bowl of ramen on opening day.

“After having so much success with our first restaurant in Dallas, we knew we had to bring more of our signature ramen to the area,” JINYA CEO Tomo Takahashi said in a statement. “Our customers have been wonderful in supporting us so far, and we can’t wait for even more of our Lone Star State fans to experience real ramen culture.”

JINYA has 61 restaurants across the country with 13 locations in Texas. The menu includes build-your-own bowls, rice bowls, mini tacos, steamed buns and more. The restaurant is best known for its handmade noodles and broth that is slowly simmered for up to 20 hours.

The High Market Street location will remain open in Victory Park and guests can expect the same tasty menu in Preston Hollow.
