Pickleball, a blend of tennis and squash, softly opened at 13130 Preston Road this week with Preston Playhouse, developed by Woodhouse, known for ventures like Park House Dallas and José. Situated next to the T Bar M Racquet Club, a tennis facility also owned by Woodhouse, Preston Playhouse offers a comprehensive sports experience.
Featuring nine pickleball courts, two padel courts, and a heated swimming pool, Preston Playhouse features funky and retro designs, vibrant court colors, inviting lounge areas and a variety of food and beverage options.

Its indoor courts provide a year-round sports outlet for Dallasites, offering shade from the unpredictable Texas weather, including the pesky summers.
Certified instructors from T Bar M Racquet Club, including Nico Agritelley and Tam Trinh, will provide lessons for pickleball and padel enthusiasts. Various membership options cater to players of all skill levels, while swim lessons in the heated pool enhance the overall experience.
