East Coast-inspired restaurant Hudson House brings its eighth location this month to Preston Road.

Known for its oysters, martinis, and cheeseburgers, Hudson House will open on April 22 at 11700 Preston Road, formerly occupied by Corner Bakery Cafe in Preston Forest Village. This marks the restaurant’s eighth location and sixth in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Hudson House will continue with its usual suspects of menu favorites such as avocado dip, fresh oysters and cheeseburgers, alongside offerings from the Raw Bar’s seafood towers, snow crab claws, and tuna tartare.

The bar features signature drinks like the “World’s Coldest Martini,” along with frozen bellinis, strawberry spritzes and Manhattans.

The interior reflects New England aesthetics with warm leather booths, a wraparound bar, an outdoor patio, and a sit-down raw bar.

Hudson House joins other Vandelay Hospitality Group concepts in Preston Hollow, including sibling restaurants D.L Mack’s and Anchor Sushi.
