City officials announced this week it will ask for input from Preston Hollow citizens on the budget crisis at the JCC next month.

Even when the city’s doing great financially, every August, council members, the city manager or one of her assistants, and others go out into the public and explain the upcoming budget to the citizens.

With the city’s current budget crisis, some of those meetings are coming earlier in the summer.

The JCC meeting at 6:30 p.m. on June 22 is the third of four meetings scheduled throughout June at various locations across the city.
