Next month Taco Mundo will open at the Preston Royal Shopping Center. This “nuevo taqueria” in Gap Kids old spot will be serving urban-style Mexican food, so expect dishes like rib-eye tacos, or brisket tacos–on corn tortillas, of course.
The mastermind behind this new eatery is Carolina Galvan-Rodriguez, who helped launch Mi Cocina. She also just opened Carolina’s, a brand new hacienda-style Mexican eatery in Far North Dallas.
No word on exactly when in July Taco Mundo will open, but I’ll keep you posted.
