It’s been a busy year for husband and wife duo Joey and Chi Le.

First, they closed their Wicked Po’ Boys restaurant in August after only four months of business. (Their original Wicked Po’ Boys location remains open in Richardson.)

Joey and Chi Le then opened the first restaurant in Dallas to be dedicated to ramen — Tanoshii Ramen — the following month.

Now it’s November, and according the Tanoshii Ramen Facebook page, the owners are back at work in Preston Center getting ready to open yet another restaurant, Miss Chi Vietnamese.

The Preston Center restaurant will inhabit the old Wicked Po’ Boys location at Northwest Highway and Preston. Carol Shih over at SideDish reports that the location will serve up “pho, banh mi, vermicelli, and rice — all your usual suspects.” Quail eggs, chai-tea infused cocktails, and pork buns made in-house will also grace the menu at the restaurant, which Shih reports “should be open by Thanksgiving.”
