Another high-end North Dallas development is in the works

Another development is coming to Dallas’ Midtown district near the Galleria.

PegasusAblon bought property on Noel Road with plans to build a six-story apartment and retail complex. The Preston Center-based developer and investor also is responsible for The Terraces at Douglas Center, a 12-story office building on Berkshire Lane.

There’s been an uptick in construction just north of our neighborhood — sort of. Dallas Midtown has yet to come to fruition, since demolition of the almost abandoned Valley View Center is not yet complete.
